1. You would think a health insurance with as much money as they have, would spend more on making a better app, that updates faster and makes life easier.the app offers biometric auth on the phone and it offers 2 step Auth using a password followed by either a text or email pin.
2. I have no problem doing that, but why not just admit that this feature does not work on your app (or website)! BCBS of NJ, fix it so your members no longer WASTE THEIR TIME! **Edited to add, my photo that I was trying to upload was only 7.92 mb!This app is slow.
3. however, the app fails at biometric login even though it recognizes my fingerprint, so I tried the 2 step Auth using password and a pin sent via text.
4. As the developer replied, there is a national search, that is not available in this app, making this app pretty useless.Telehealth does not work.
5. The search features aren't very good either, leaving you to search multiple times or be complete exact to find what you're looking for.
6. I can find physicians, lab centers and facilities easily.Errors when I search because I'm not in NJ becuase this app doesn't support searching nationally.
7. Making your monthly premium payments on the app never update in time for the upcoming month.
8. Tech support's answer to everything is to reset your password, instead of resolving obvious issues on their end.
9. You must reset your password each time you use the app unless biometrics are activated.
10. It's time for someone to update those app.Literally the worst healthcare app I've ever experienced in my whole existence.
