1. It's not the app it's the phone itselfI'm trying to clock in for two different companies with this same app working for the same person how come I can't clock in on this appShuts down every time I try to start or end a session when I put my ID in...it takes 3 or more tries to log in to start a session or to clock out.... This app sends false reminders I did not clock in when I did.

10. This app works well if you know how to use smartphone which some old care givers who don't know how to use smart phone may face some difficulty but with training they can use it easily I am sure.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My EVV Issues

1. Fix My EVV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My EVV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My EVV App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My EVV" » Open My EVV » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My EVV » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My EVV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My EVV servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My EVV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My EVV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My EVV might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My EVV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My EVV then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My EVV not working


2. Fix My EVV Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My EVV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My EVV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My EVV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
