Why should I report an Issue with Lillio?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. - - - Original: Was great until sometime last week February 23 or 24th when the push messages no longer worked (using a Pixel 6 Android 13).

2. There was an update in late February 2023 that broke push notifications for Android (iPhones still worked) however the latest update 5.3.1 corrected the issue as of this morning.

3. There are 2 versions of the app and no one seems to know which one I should use.. this version hasn't been updated since 2019?? Really?? Tadpoles was a far superior parent communication tool.It would be ideal to ask for comments and reviews after work, not during.

4. We receive potty, mood and nap updates, photos, invoices, and have the ability to send a message to the teacher and/or director as needed.I recently was having issues with seeing updates through the old app.

5. We would also like the ability to enter better quality photos, video and the ability to arange thr collages in the sequence of events we as choose.I thought I would be getting rid of my paper trail.

6. The push messages are all selected on the settings but are not getting pushed to my phone.So far I've enjoyed this app, although I don't have anything else to compare it to.

7. It doesn't show the contents updated most of the time immediately so overall not a great smooth running app.I do not like this app.

1. Fix Lillio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lillio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lillio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lillio" » Open Lillio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lillio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lillio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lillio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lillio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lillio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lillio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lillio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lillio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lillio not working

2. Fix Lillio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lillio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lillio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lillio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
