1. It used to be excellent, however now it doesn't track the path anymore and shows my walks as a straight line from start to end, or as straight lines between points where I actually turn on my phone screen -- which is useless.

3. I set the app to "track location all the time", as instructed by them, and now it works flawlessly.This was my favorite app on Galaxy Grand Prime and S7.

4. On the latest version - there is no option to allow location location all the time - but there doesn't have to be because it should be running as a FOREGROUND service.

5. The only issues I have, are when I stop walking, Jog Tracker does not always pause and callory count is not readable with TalkBack anymore.. I have the Pro version and set it to stop after five minutes.

9. I'm using a OnePlus 6T.Useless. It used to work fine but now it's constantly dropping the track despite being outdoors with the GPS accuracy as high as I can set it.

1. Fix JogTracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JogTracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JogTracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JogTracker" » Open JogTracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JogTracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JogTracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JogTracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JogTracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JogTracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JogTracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JogTracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JogTracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JogTracker not working

2. Fix JogTracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JogTracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JogTracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JogTracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
