1. Something happen and you don't get the call to start your appointment? I sure hope you love phone calls because you are going to spend the next 30-120 minutes calling Walmart & getting sent to voicemail trying to get them to get ahold of your therapistThis is great app and service they work with your information you don't have to do anything except ask for help and they provide! I've used this twice already and will continue to use when looking for help with medical needs.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HealthJoy Issues

1. Fix HealthJoy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HealthJoy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HealthJoy App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HealthJoy" » Open HealthJoy » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HealthJoy » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HealthJoy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HealthJoy servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HealthJoy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HealthJoy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HealthJoy might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HealthJoy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HealthJoy then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HealthJoy not working


2. Fix HealthJoy Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HealthJoy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HealthJoy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HealthJoy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
