6. Chat in Contact US doesn't work, EVER, and can only be accessed in-app! I always get the error "Something went wrong".
7. This app went from priceless to worthless.I'm not sure what the issue is, but it appears (like many others that have left reviews) that I am unable to login because of a bug or some sort of old maintenance notification that has not yet been cleared.

11. All attempts to drill down into spending details just land back at the individual in-network deductible entries, even when the UI explicitly says you're drilling to see out of network spending.
