1. The BCBSIL app provides access to the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois member information and resources.
1. This app's problems makes the situation 100x more stressful when you need it to work in an emergency to find an in-network provider so you don't get bankrupted by insane out-of-network costs just trying to get your kid medical care.I tried to set my password and failed.
2. -Want to send customer service a message via the app? Hah! (You can't...only an automated phone number is provided, and you can look forward to a literal hour of hold time.) -Want to update your profile/address? Can't do that here.
3. to get passed the user name, & passwrd prompt because, it fails to tell you what "error" is made even when all the green is marked.
4. STOP uploading your updates to the app until you've TESTED your changes!!!!!!!This is app is gotten slightly better about login fails but now has server issues when trying to login.
5. Best they'll offer is an email notice that you HAVE a new notice.2.4 should be 1.0, can't even sign in or link account, an error occurred or try again later comes up.
6. No support, don't waste your time.I have been unable to sign into this app for the last several weeks.
7. Android has the latest updates, the app has no available updates and functionality is glitchy as reported by countless others.
8. An email to the app support team only resulted in a response a couple of weeks later asking if I still had the issue.
9. -Want important notices and updates emailed to you? Nope.
10. This is a very useful tool for tracking claims, remaining deductible, and out of pocket expenses.Too many errors, & glitches.
11. I keep getting a "looks like the server is taking too long to respond..." error.
