Why should I report an Issue with StickerGO - WAStickerApp?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. please resolve this problem!I have 4g bro! 3/4 Mb per second..... The problem is when I download any sticker pack its saying " there is a problem with sticker pack and it can't be added to whatsapp" every timeIf the policies are as you are stating, which I did not have to know, then again it is completely acceptable and accurate my complaint, this App should not be advertised in a modded WhatsApp as an available one for the Aero WhatsApp.

2. But somehow provide us the option to bulk select imagesEvery thing is good in W.app aero but one thing when i install its latest version i lost my all previous data (msgs pics vedios images) every thing .i try alot but could not found backup of my data 😥😥.plzz hell me to recover my data .

3. some stickers in teftel catWhy we can't add stickers to WhatsApp? It says "There is a problem with this sticker pack and it can't be added to whatsApp".

1. Fix StickerGO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart StickerGO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the StickerGO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StickerGO" » Open StickerGO - WAStickerApp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StickerGO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear StickerGO - WAStickerApp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StickerGO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StickerGO - WAStickerApp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check StickerGO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StickerGO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall StickerGO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StickerGO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StickerGO not working

2. Fix StickerGO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StickerGO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to StickerGO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, StickerGO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
