1. It's almost impossible to get this thing in a new wifi, almost seems like if you have a dual bandwidth router than the snoo is just not smart enough to be able to connect to either of the bandwidths.

2. I am now having issues with connectivity to the WiFi and some of the features I cannot use (like putting in my daughter's name, age etc.) until I consent to managing data collection (which is fine) but the toggle to consent to all or individual keeps switching to off on its own.

3. It would be nice to have an option to lock in a setting or even have a timer you can set.Snoo seems great, app is pretty worthless.

4. Additionally, the notifications feature does not work and I do not receive notifications to my phone when the snoo elevates to a soothing level.

5. The app does not auto connect to the snoo and can take anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds to connect, which us far too long when your baby is beginning to stir.

6. There's really not much going on in the app, there are only a few features - see sleep patterns, turn snoo on/off, turn up/down rocking motions.

7. But a week ago it stopped opening (it just freezes), and it's kind of a pain to connect, so I'm not sure I'll reinstall.The app worked great until it didn't.

8. At least sleep data is intact but this is annoying.The baby mechanism of the snoo is fantastic.

9. The snoo itself is amazing, but the app has to be uninstalled and reinstalled every few weeks because it stops working.

10. It would also be nice if there was either a sound or video monitor (or both) built into the bassinet.Great until the update.

11. Wife and I set it up on our phones on the first attempt and aside from the initial time it took to connect it to our network it was a quick process.

1. Fix SNOO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SNOO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SNOO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SNOO" » Open SNOO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SNOO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SNOO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SNOO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SNOO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SNOO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SNOO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SNOO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SNOO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SNOO not working

2. Fix SNOO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SNOO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SNOO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SNOO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
