Why should I report an Issue with Swipe for Facebook?

1. There are still some bugs in it though (for instance I'm not able to 'Unfollow' friends news feeds pretty frequently, forcing me to go on the browser to do it), but still a great app.I strongly dislike white backgrounds.

2. Will update review if it improves if I am still using it.The new material design look of the app is great, it finally makes this a worthy alternative to the official FB app.

3. But as a messenger, it's quite frankly broken.for the most part this app is awesome!! i hate Facebook, the app is always broken and every "update" fixes one thing and breaks three more.

4. So unless you disable notifications, it'll always show your messages' contents in the status bar's drop-down menu.

5. Scrolling, saving, downloading among others takes an incredibly long time while most other apps are much much faster.

9. Also on the friends tab, let us show suggestions by default instead of requests by default (optional).Not just another wrapper.

1. Fix Swipe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Swipe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Swipe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Swipe" » Open Swipe for Facebook » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Swipe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Swipe for Facebook app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Swipe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Swipe for Facebook" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Swipe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Swipe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Swipe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Swipe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Swipe not working

2. Fix Swipe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Swipe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Swipe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Swipe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
