1. Fix Halu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Halu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Halu App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Halu" » Open Halu - Video Chat » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Halu » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Halu - Video Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Halu servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Halu - Video Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Halu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Halu might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Halu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Halu then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Halu not working
