Why should I report an Issue with LightChat -Voice Chat & Meet &?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of hlhalo to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It just needs a system upgrade for some technical issues because sometimes,it just kicks you out of the room or the app itself😅Before I'm so amaze.but now I'm disappointed because I can't log in thru Facebook and I try my to log in with my number is ok for 3 days and now I cant open again and I much disappointed because I have a lot of package hope fix it as soon us possible so open our account again and trade it we spent money on it to got that packageIt was a good app in terms of socialization and singing, But in terms of income, we were dissapointed bcoz no matter how big we recharge we only get CANDIES and PLANETS...I hope that the management itself consider to give also their customers/users a good income in SMASHED EGG so everybody's happy...We know that this is a business app, but please dont just take and take to your users, learn also to give back...ThanksWell, I do like this ap...

Have a nice day!It's a good apps it can relieve stress and it also relieve our homesick as a ofw but i suggest again to back the News like before it's easy for us to find a room where we want to go not like this new update it's so difficult to find a room coz it's selected by country already hopefully in upcoming update we can see the News room again .

Thank you so muchIt's good but when you log out by using your Facebook account you can't login again all I see is error error I can't open my previous account feedback is useless you doing nothing about itIt's a good way for introverts to converse with new people especially whenever there's a COVID lockdown.

4. Although I would really want to see video stream option for it.I give 2 stars because I suffered bad experience.. I cannot join the rooms most of the time.. Even if my Internet connection is fine.

1. Fix LightChat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LightChat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LightChat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LightChat" » Open LightChat -Voice Chat & Meet & » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LightChat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LightChat -Voice Chat & Meet & app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LightChat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LightChat -Voice Chat & Meet &" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LightChat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LightChat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LightChat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LightChat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LightChat not working

2. Fix LightChat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LightChat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LightChat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LightChat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
