Why should I report an Issue with HFun?

1. Have not found a solution...if there is one.Just my initial review to help people struggling to connect - I can confirm (as others have) that I couldn't get it working until I went into "airplane mode" on the phone, which basically means Bluetooth and Mobile data OFF, and then put wi-fi on and connect to the drone's "hotspot" either through your phone's settings or in the app itself (doesn't seem to matter).

2. Turn on the drone went to the Settings in the tablet, turned on Airplane mode then connected the wifi to the drone wifi (make sure GPS or location is on) then open the app, Calibrate, the lights on my drone flicker then hit start and I could see through the front camera.

3. Recent issue being app update available but cannot update inspite of downloading 200mbUnable to connect app to drone with controller connected first or phone connected first.

4. This app was obviously built to fulfil the absolute bare minimum and doesn't even manage that.The app opens, drone flies pretty well, but though camera can be seen through phone screen, it will not allow me to save images or video.

5. The camera does come on now and then and I can tell the drone is connecting but no matter what I do with the phone setup I cannot get it to connect to the Internet.

6. It has taking me several days of trying but I can get to the point where I detect and connect my phone to the drone's wifi and it shows its connected in the app.. I then calibrate which appears to be successful.

7. Photographs work fine but video capturing is not working at all !! Another issue is, many a times it wont connect to the drone.

8. Was just practicing indoors but the video recorded fine, and played back on the phone no problem, and seemed very good quality despite being via wi-fi - and it was realtime, none of the minute's delay people have talked about.At the moment I give it a 2 stars.

9. I've reinstalled the program 3 times now in 4 daysApp worked fine for me, if you follow the instructions (which could use a bit of work on) it will work, I only found one problem and it's that you can't control the camera (if you want to move the camera up/down).

10. Also the app let's your phone screen time out so when your flying the drone with the controller your phone will turn off over and over.

11. I know my phone is connecting to the drone because when I press calibrate the lights on the drone flash quickly for a few seconds and then stop.

1. Fix HFun Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HFun: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HFun App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HFun" » Open HFun » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HFun » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HFun app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HFun servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HFun" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HFun app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HFun might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HFun. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HFun then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HFun not working

2. Fix HFun Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HFun be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HFun not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HFun may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
