1. A game that teaches good brushing techniques AND rewards a child's efforts! I tried every toothbrushing game out there, and this is the only one that teaches to brush all parts of the teeth and lasts at least the 2 minute recommended brushing time.

2. Also matching photos can be difficult since kids have their mouth closed so it will be frustrating when they don't get it.My step son loves this app for brushing his teeth, he was actually excited when it came time to brushing his teeth at night.

3. An option for dominant hand is available for some reason but you can't hold the phone with your left hand while brushing with your right because the videos upside down so I find that part uselessGreat concept but need more options and content.

4. I just wish they still had support.The app seems to be helping to teach proper brushing but it's hard to match the selfies because my daughter's mouth isn't fully open making it difficult to tell top from bottom.

5. This takes longer than 3 minutes, so my younger kids want to be done before it is.My son likes brushing along and collecting the rewards.

6. Allow time to spit and be more flexible about matching the photos.My son loves this app, he's always loved the video never knew there was an app.

7. Would be nice to have the option to choose electric or manual toothbrush as the techniques for each are a little different.Edit: Seems the devs fixed it Good app but not supported anymore it seems.

8. Unfortunately there is a glitch in the app as saying I don't have internet and I can't sign up which means he will lose all his rewards before next brush time.

9. It also needs to spend more time on the biting surfaces, as those are the most important to brush.This app was ok when it worked.

1. Fix Brush Up Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Brush Up: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Brush Up App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Brush Up" » Open Brush Up » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Brush Up » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Brush Up app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Brush Up servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Brush Up" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Brush Up app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Brush Up might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Brush Up. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Brush Up then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Brush Up not working

2. Fix Brush Up Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Brush Up be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Brush Up not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Brush Up may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
