1. A lot of work needs to still be put into this thing!Bad loading times on the initial loading screen (I believe it's trying to auto-play a video, which is really dumb if I'm trying to make an appointment ) and the sign up for donation appointments is just an in-screen version of their slow website, but even less effective, because you can't resize the screen and the x/go-back button is taking up a portion of the screen - no reason to us the app over the website.
2. When I click on the button or calendar icon, it acts like it's trying to load the web app, but then just presents me with a blank screen and a blue header with an X to go back.
3. The sign-in process requires a on screen verification code, which is not accessible for blind people using screen reading software, nor is it user friendly for sighted users.
4. The home screen sits and spins while trying to load something, I'm assuming the embedded video that's on the home screen.
5. Why do you need a video on the home screen? Maybe if I'm ever able to use this app again, I can leave a higher rating.Its for viewing info, but information is often outdated except for donation and compensation.

I been trying to sign up for donor hub for a long time. Noone at center is helpful. They give me a registration number..I go to sign up..it asks for email..i.gove it..it says I already have a account...I shouldnt..but then.i go to try to sign in with email and recover password..then it says it don't recognize email. I cannot change email to.use a different one cuz it says my email is registered with them.. So..how can.it recognize my email but at sane time..not let me use it..the old appointment system is now hone..I need thos app to make appointments, but your system is obviously broken and noone at center knows anything about it. I need a account, this is ridiculous already.

Why is my password locked and won't let me log in
Yes, I've tried everything I can't seem to get my account to stick for a long period of time. I log in and sometimes I'll get incorrect log in and sometimes I'll get forget password. I follow the steps but I either end up forgetting my info again or I get no place, I was thinking It could've been because I continued to attempt log ins two many times but I really think with all the help I got from the center It had to be my fault please help me.
