1. Now I'm stuck cant do authentication for June because I can't uninstall from previous device.The app is absolutely not functioning properly I have been trying for some time now to move pass the verification code it takes forever to be send to my phone it is suppose to automatically insert the code if I am using the same phone that I have registered with but to no avail it is really super frustrating kindly look at updating the app or move the authentication process to the connect platform please.

If you move the authentication process to the connect platform I am sure we will be able to conclude the authentication process, because if you use a webcam or integrated laptop webcam the upload of photos and identity docs should be easier.I cannot login successfully and as result I am impeded with this sticky message "Failed to get response,check your connection" yet I my internet speed is 10Mbps.
3. Even the features to raise a query on Mancosa Connect does not workI previously uploaded this App on my Hisense phone which unfortunately crashed now I'm using Samsung and unable to upload yhis App because it shows message 'Already available in some of your devices'.
4. It's like they don't even care! Even the head of department is misinformed with how to help us! If anyone wants to study at the institution I would advice them not to consider doing their qualification at Mancosa.Always gives connection error when I tried to raise a query many times.
5. Am not able to proceed to step 2 as it is not sending the otp number.. Have been trying from morning....Its 0 stars from me! I honestly am fumming with the level of attention and respect Mancosa chooses to give it's students.
6. I'm sitting with a 50mb line and yet it wants me to connect to NASA just to view my results.It gives error message Tried again on the 20/10/20 still giving error messages.
7. I tried everything from capturing new number to changing my number on the portal, even tried adding in other numbers of my parents to see if its been sent.
8. When it eventually did accept my credentials, the app logged me out but eventually I was able to log in after coupler days of trying, also I straggled with receiving OTP number.
9. Sucks big time,no technical assistance to remedy this issue.Difficult to access as it claims to not have network connection which isn't true.
10. I recently wrote an exam and the time I was supposed to submit their system crashed and since then it's been a back and forth situation with the system.
11. Finally when I was eventually able to log in (after 3 days), the OTP was not being sent to my number.
