1. For the record I've plenty of available space, ram, etc for this to not keep occuring....yes ive also restarted my phone in attempt at resolving the issues to no avail.I would leave 1 star but at least I am able to watch one of my favorite cartoons.

2. When I first started using Crackle years ago, this wasn't an issue, so I can only assume the devs have completely given up on updating the crackle infrastructure in any form.

3. Uninstalled.Android Crackle Application will not advance to home screen from account sign-in screen on any Android mobile devices.

4. After watching 3 mins of ads, it sent me back to a previous spot just before the ad and I got to watch 3 more minutes of ads with 8 seconds of programming in between.

5. A good portion of the TV and movie apps for streaming have a lot of latency and you get to watch the dial round and round while waiting for it to play.

6. If I pause the video for a little bit and my screen goes to screen saver Google automatically pauses the video so I have to resume.

7. Crackle is most excellent.Too much of the time it's buffering so you can't watch.

8. I already watched their 3 minute video when I started, but you have to rewatch all the ads again anytime you resume, even if you literally just watched them.

9. I tried creating a new profile but as expected the email was already in the system so it wouldn't work.

10. Then it would lose continuity every 45-70 seconds for anywhere from a few seconds to double digit minutes, enough that I got tired of waiting.

11. I don't mind watching the ads but this is ridiculous! It has some great older programs but so not worth it.Started off great, for about 72 hours.

1. Fix Crackle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Crackle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Crackle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crackle" » Open Crackle » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crackle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Crackle app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crackle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crackle" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Crackle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crackle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Crackle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crackle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Crackle not working

2. Fix Crackle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Crackle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Crackle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Crackle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
