1. When I first started to use this app I didn't have good internet reception, when I finally did get a better router the app still skipped and had issues, only only good thing was the fact I was finally able to finish the movie I started watching which was stupid.damn thing just freezes up on every movie.Everytime an episode ends it goes back to my home screen instead of going to the next episodekeeps going black when there's a commercial and never going back to the showappreciate the app and the content but with my 250-500 mbs it should not be freezing.app freezes constantly cannot enjoy watching anything on itLike others mentioned, old shows originally filmed in 4:3 aspect ratio are cropped to 16:9.

2. Would not recommend to anyone wanting to watch old shows.I noticed a lot of bad reviews, but I didn't think it could be this bad.

1. Fix Crackle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Crackle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Crackle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crackle" » Open Crackle » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crackle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Crackle app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crackle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crackle" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Crackle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crackle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Crackle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crackle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Crackle not working

2. Fix Crackle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Crackle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Crackle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Crackle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
