1. Thank you for creating this!It's a great learning format for my child but the only issues I have with this is that it keeps cutting off and wanting you to pay for another game not understanding having to start all over again with the process because it gets interrupted with another program other than that it's a great format it's just a hassle having to keep coming in and out and starting over and over.Have to say i absolutely love this app !! really impressed with how it holds a toddler attention, easy for a young toddler to navigate, super cute characters and extremly toddler friendly & bright colors..chose this over abc mouse and leapfrog academy to get a head start on letters/numbers + a jump start on pre k..and highly highly recomend to any parent with a toddler !! Do reccomend buying the no ads verion (well worth it)Ads! WHY! My 2yr old doesnt want to buy a car or play casino games...

1. Fix Numbers Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Numbers: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Numbers App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Numbers" » Open Numbers for kid Learn to count » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Numbers » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Numbers for kid Learn to count app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Numbers servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Numbers for kid Learn to count" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Numbers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Numbers might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Numbers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Numbers then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Numbers not working

2. Fix Numbers Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Numbers be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Numbers not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Numbers may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
