Why should I report an Issue with W | Bear : Gay Bear's Chat App?

1. Apologies.Being frankly, for me W Bear proved be the best gay chat app of all that I tested and the app is very easy to use and the interface is friendly! The app have a good community of guys that you can meet by check the photos.

2. Lots of bugs and ux issues they should figure out, but I'm sure it'll come with time! It's not really intuitive to find your "feed" or notifications.

3. Often it says "failed to send message." Doesn't let me use my own gallery app, can't see hidden folders.Having a problem with log in lately.

4. Alike notifications should be shown in separate views (think Instagram notifications and Scruff.) someone glancing my profile should not have the same value as someone commenting on my photo.

5. It also suffers from "You received a message" but the inbox show no message, the inbox icon shows there's something in the inbox, but there's no new messages.

6. They really need to figure out their servers, too, because most of the time it takes a ridiculously long time to load anything.

7. The app doesn't require much of your cellphone battery, and of course, their some features that you can only use if you pay for the Premium version, but for me seems very cool!The app is decent but very new.

9. Sometimes when you log you will get push notifications from all precious messages you've received... Every single one.

10. In my experience, a majority of the guys seem to be European, so as an American resident, a meet will be unlikely.

11. Need to do better job on the search menu.Way better than Growlr! No bots or unsolicited unlocks from unattractive randos.

1. Fix W | Bear Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart W | Bear: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the W | Bear App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "W | Bear" » Open W | Bear : Gay Bear's Chat App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for W | Bear » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear W | Bear : Gay Bear's Chat App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from W | Bear servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "W | Bear : Gay Bear's Chat App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check W | Bear app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, W | Bear might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall W | Bear. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall W | Bear then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing W | Bear not working

2. Fix W | Bear Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make W | Bear be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to W | Bear not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, W | Bear may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
