Why should I report an Issue with MR X: Gay Dating & Chat?

1. Gotta fix the free version if I'm ever to consider paying for it because if the free user base isn't there, the whole thing is pointless.Made the profile just a few hours ago.

2. Learn how to code an app that lets the user enter their goddamn location and then use it! It's utterly unacceptable to expect users to concent to tracking their movement just to use your app! RESPONSE: Idiot, it's not a queston of what's visible inside an app.

3. This app used to be really good a few years ago but then they handicapped the free version to the point of it being very ineffective and offering significantly less than Scruff, Growlr, or other apps with a free/paid model.

4. Location is tracking the instant you turn it on, and there's no call to open oneself to that for your bad coding!No way to DELETE profile.

5. The "take a photo" button does not work to verify my profile! So I can not send a message to anyone without verify my profile! 3.

6. BUT, I have trouble with scroll up and down when I clicked someone's profile then see the pictures that where I scroll up and down.

1. Fix MR X Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MR X: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MR X App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MR X" » Open MR X: Gay Dating & Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MR X » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MR X: Gay Dating & Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MR X servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MR X: Gay Dating & Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MR X app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MR X might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MR X. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MR X then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MR X not working

2. Fix MR X Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MR X be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MR X not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MR X may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
