Glowbe Customer Insights

1. Support sent me a code to redeem for a free year to make it up, but when I redeem it it's only good for a 3 day free trial.

2. Fortunately I was able to cancel the recurring payments of $59.99/every 2 months before they began, so I was only out 99 cents for the trial.

3. Signed up; was charged the annual fee 59.99, and when I cancelled 2 days later so that I wouldn't be charged again next year, it locked me out of the content I already paid for.

4. I have an Android, they have not responded back after I sent them another email stating that fact.DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!! THERE ARE SOME THAT ARE FREE AND EQUALLY GOOD IF NOT BETTER! I tried it and it was okay but not impressive.

5. However, occassionally we are expected to work both sides of the face for a particular exercise, and if you're not watching the video you'll miss the switch because the person directing us verbally doesn't say to switch.

6. Very frustrating! I see how to get to subscriptions and the cancel button but it won't do anything I emailed support and did get a quick response but they sent back the procedure for iPhone instructions.

7. Just one suggestion for improvement would be the software......the subscription payment is very difficult to manoeuvre and please mention the number of times each exercise needs to be repeatedThis appp needs an update .

8. None of the contact options I've found work to try to request a refund.Not able to cancel subscription.

9. So I, called to get a refund on the purchase,explained the reason and in the most positive tone told me that they don't do refunds and that I would have the ability to use the app for the amount of time paid for.

10. I was charged the monthly membership of $59.99 even though I canceled before the 3 day trial ended.

11. Trying to log in to the app takes me in a circle to enter a verification code then back to the trial purchase.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Glowbe Issues

1. Fix Glowbe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Glowbe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Glowbe App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Glowbe" » Open Glowbe – Face Yoga & Exercise » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Glowbe » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Glowbe – Face Yoga & Exercise app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Glowbe servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Glowbe – Face Yoga & Exercise" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Glowbe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glowbe might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Glowbe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glowbe then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Glowbe not working


2. Fix Glowbe Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Glowbe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Glowbe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Glowbe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hello my apple card was charged twice for a Glowbe subscription and would like to cancel and request a full refund. My daughter did this on my phone.

  • I cannot log into glowbe. It says it's sending me a login code but I never get one. If I cannot login id like a refund and regardless I want to cancel my free trial as of today June 3, 2022 which is more than 23 hours before my free trial is up so I should not be charged further.

  • I was charged $60. For the app which is ridiculous. It didn’t warn me it would do this. I want a refund but haven’t heard back from them about getting my money back!

  • Please cancel my subscription. I attempted cancelling not only thru the app, but thru the Apple App store as well as the website and it did not go thru on 4.27. I will be requesting a refund for the $59.99 subscription as the app was unable to allow a cancellation.

  • Hi, I am trying to cancel my subscription but the website has no option to do that. I tried to do it from the app as well but i got no confirmation. Please help otherwise i will get billed tomorrow
