FOREO For You Customer Insights

1. (I can understand why so many people think you need the have the Luna connected to the app to cleanse.) There just needs to be an actual walk-through for device set-up!This is supposed to help relieve stress, not cause more of it.

2. Pushing shop features to the forefront instead of being streamlined and showing the devices you already own just adds insult to injury.After someone pays a couple hundred for products, you can only link them to this app if you give it permissions it doesn't need.

3. Great product but they need to put instructions in writing in the app! After the update, I can't even use this anymore! I can get it to turn on, but cannot figure out how to do a cleansing.

4. I miss being able to change the intensity levels/settings to try them out first, without having to manually start/stop cleansing mode.

5. (speaking of treatments, the voice guidance is way ahead of the visuals in the video and it just makes it confusing.) I really loved the app before, but this update has pretty much ruined the experience for me.

6. This app sucks but I will say the customer support for the actual product is fabulous.Two years ago I had given this app a one-star review because of all the problems and glitches with the software.

7. I should be able to utilize all the features without this many issues.Previous layout of the app was WAY better-- now it's useless for my LUNA 3.

8. I bought a Luna 3 about eight months ago but figuring out how to "activate" it and save the settings was confusing.

9. Even after using the device it does not update that you have cleaned you face.

10. And when you only have a dozen mask to choose from don't require me to upload a picture each time; a drop down menu works just as well and faster.

11. But now those are gone, and there's no way to start/stop the device in-app, unless you're doing a treatment.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FOREO For You Issues

1. Fix FOREO For You Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FOREO For You: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FOREO For You App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FOREO For You" » Open FOREO For You » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FOREO For You » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FOREO For You app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FOREO For You servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FOREO For You" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FOREO For You app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FOREO For You might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FOREO For You. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FOREO For You then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FOREO For You not working


2. Fix FOREO For You Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FOREO For You be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FOREO For You not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FOREO For You may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
