1. Just needs to include next available refill date in the historySimple and easy to use, a great tool for re-filling all the meds my wife and I take on a daily basis.They did have a 5star but now only deserve 1 star .

2. They have some serious IT problems.Suggestion- Putting the date of the script for when it is available for refill would be convienent! Keeping track of the refill dates would be nice and have patients feel more at ease.

1. Fix GIANT Rx Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GIANT Rx: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GIANT Rx App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GIANT Rx" » Open GIANT Rx » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GIANT Rx » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GIANT Rx app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GIANT Rx servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GIANT Rx" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GIANT Rx app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GIANT Rx might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GIANT Rx. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GIANT Rx then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GIANT Rx not working
