Why should I report an Issue with Spectre - Ghost Radar Detector?

1. So although it can be a good bored passer time, I wouldn't put much into it..I'm downloading this again just cos I love the music 👻 I turned a friend onto this app and she's convinced the ghost detection technology is authentic.

3. If it weren't for the dancer and music I probably wouldn't let this take up print real estate/space on my phone but it really does spark some joy during these dark times 🌑I really like this app, however it shouldn't be playing tracks as soon as app opens.

4. Actually gave me a scare for the first time opening it when the radar said "ghost" and the red dot was behind me.It's quite an interesting app however it's crashed twice for me, which is probably because my phone got overwhelmed but it could be something else.

5. It's true that if you hold your hand up when a "ghost" is spotted that the poorly drawn goblin looking image shows over your hand so it'll show up regardless.

6. When you want to show someone your dialogues and make it believable, having the tracks play in the background spoils it.It tells you it is for entertainment only... So no surprise there... however, my 1 real complaint is there is no restore purchase option.

7. Also, just like with most of these radar type apps, the ghost will mainly appear behind you, and when checking the ghosts response it's not always showing or is delayed.

8. I even tested at work in my truck and apparently I had 1 ghost walking around on my dash and another ghost walking around on the back of my truck back rest.

9. Would give it the honest 5 stars as it does what it says... it is entertaining, and not scientific... exactly as it says.Actually a pretty good app the detecting is realistic (to the extent it can be) and all the functions work properly.

10. The words, no matter which "ghost " is communicating, always seems to use the same vocabulary as the previous ones.

1. Fix Spectre Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spectre: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spectre App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spectre" » Open Spectre - Ghost Radar Detector » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spectre » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spectre - Ghost Radar Detector app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spectre servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spectre - Ghost Radar Detector" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spectre app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spectre might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spectre. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spectre then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spectre not working

2. Fix Spectre Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spectre be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spectre not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Spectre may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
