Crashed every single time we tried to send a video and took several tries to get back into the app, and after paying for the subscription so we could delete photos right away, it wouldn't easily delete them and that's when we found out they were saving to our photo gallery on our phones! 😡 We deleted it after an hour of trying to use it.

2. Took more than 2 weeks to patch it so it would even run when Android 13 update came out.Great app! Makes us feel very comfortable sending flirty and sexy things that we don't want other eyes to accidentally see.

3. You do need the premium version to send videos, and there seems to be a limit to the size of video you can send.Would like to be able to save pic and videos.

1. Fix Just Between Us Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Just Between Us: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Just Between Us App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Just Between Us" » Open Just Between Us » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Just Between Us » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Just Between Us app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Just Between Us servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Just Between Us" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Just Between Us app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Just Between Us might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Just Between Us. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Just Between Us then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Just Between Us not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Just Between Us be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Just Between Us not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Just Between Us may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
