1. I create lists myself and have found workarounds, but it's annoying and I wish we could search by reading level only.This app is great! I like the variety of books available, though I hope the library continues to expand.

2. Overall, a mediocre experience.The best feature of this app by far is the appearance of the digital books, as compared with books on Amazon Freetime, which download slowly, and are hard to read until you double click the paragraphs, which is difficult to get right with a child, etc.

3. The selection is excellent including books in Spanish! I also love that it's free to educators.They must be about to shut this app down.

4. Thereare no quality books anymore.We love the audio books but really prefer the "read to me" section.

5. Add the ability to download the book from the non grid style list along with the available options, collection and/or favorite.User interface needs some work since you're unable to search by age range.

6. However, finding all the books in a reading level is impossible, and I very much wish that was MUCH easier.

9. There's also a lot of junk books used as filler as well as kids picture books that were converted to audio books, making them essentially worthless.

1. Fix Epic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Epic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Epic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Epic" » Open Epic: Kids' Books & Reading » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Epic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Epic: Kids' Books & Reading app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Epic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Epic: Kids' Books & Reading" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Epic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Epic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Epic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Epic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Epic not working

2. Fix Epic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Epic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Epic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Epic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
