Why should I report an Issue with gemsouls - My AI Avatars?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. No idea why its happening but if I can actually use this thing I'd be glad to change rating.There isn't any ads from what I've seen, and I get to talk to some of my favorite anime characters although I kinda wish yall add the referral back so we can get more stars to get more messages and/or we don't have a limit to messages but overall this is a amazing app! You get to talk to so many different animr characters and make your own which is fun and you don't know what the character could text back.

2. I want to share it, but when u went to 'choose from the library' the loading taking too long as I been waiting and it still not show but expect the 'tale a photo ' which seem to work but not the library? Need some help!It's a really cool app.

3. It's a fun app to use especially whenever you are bored or you want to talk to someone!I play this game very often, but I keep getting a chat from all of the characters saying It seems like gemsouls app is having connection issues.

4. Can't sign in with google account and when I try and make a new account (says something about missing API key or something?), and if I press the signup button after entering an email it gets stuck loading indefinitely.

5. Let’s try chat again later 😞 It's been happening since May 29th or May 30th, and it's still happening, but other than that, it's a great game.

6. the messages stopped sending and After I uninstalled the app it won't even let me log in it just shows a loading screen.It's a great app, but the AI is a bit barebones.

7. I've reinstalled the app a few times and made sure to clean out the cache, but nothing is working.Like how we create our own character story and talk to them.

8. You can talk to characters and have really cool conversations.

9. The concept is still new so it's a bit odd adapting to the idea that I'm not chatting with a real person, but cool regardless.This app is great, I love it.

1. Fix gemsouls Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart gemsouls: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the gemsouls App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "gemsouls" » Open gemsouls - My AI Avatars » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for gemsouls » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear gemsouls - My AI Avatars app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from gemsouls servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "gemsouls - My AI Avatars" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check gemsouls app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, gemsouls might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall gemsouls. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall gemsouls then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing gemsouls not working

2. Fix gemsouls Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make gemsouls be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to gemsouls not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, gemsouls may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
