1. It's a new way of life now with the proper diet and exercise I can start eating more healthier than I was and be more conscious to avoid foods that are high saturated fat, salt and sugar and carbohydrates.As I've just been told im type 2 insulin dependant diabetic.

4. I have not had a chance to use this app but 1 time and I mean only flipped through a couple of screens, and suddenly trying to back out of a screen Im asked to rate the app before I can exit out.
