Why should I report an Issue with Fyuse - 3D Photos?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

1. Quality is extremely bad and over pixelated NOTHING even close to the facebook version all it does is take a vid in slow mo and play few seconds of it back 0 3D in those pictures you can share the pics on a limited social media platform but the recipient needs to login to their website to view it.

2. I really like this app and planning to give 5 rating if it works in my phone.Really good concept but absolutely trash app!!! You are forced to share your pictures on a network sharing platform and you cant opt out.

3. Also, after capturing a FyuSe sometimes there are issues with the computations it does to create it or whatever, and doesn't create/display it properly, sometimes it ends un being way too zoomed in in comparison to how it was shot, and sometimes nothing really can be seen on the final image.

4. Fyuse takes a short video clip amd lets you scrub it forward and backward while viewing it.

5. I installed the same from play store but its not working in my phone ( poco f1) The app remains the same as in screenshot even if i try to lock focus or record by pressing the record button.

6. The only format you can export it as is a gif but it really takes away from the full 3d experience where you can either tilt your phone to see the 3d object than in the gif it keeps repeating itself.

7. When you watch a "fyuse," you're just scrubbing back and forth along the timeline of a video clip.Great concept well executed.

8. And I quote: "Fyuse captures space, not time, and allows you to view moments from different angles..." Don't be fooled.

9. if someone can show me how to get it to work right I would be happy to increase my stars until then two is all I'm willing to give.This is not true 3D! TL;DR Fyuse doesn't capture 3D space.

10. maybe I am not using it right, but even in the demo images, tilting your phone just plays the video.

11. And since last update I can no longer scan for my twitter/facebook contacts on FyuSeIt's a pretty cool app, but I wish it were a little easier to navigate, finding the sharing function requires some hunting.

1. Fix Fyuse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fyuse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fyuse App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fyuse" » Open Fyuse - 3D Photos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fyuse » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fyuse - 3D Photos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fyuse servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fyuse - 3D Photos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fyuse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fyuse might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fyuse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fyuse then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fyuse not working

2. Fix Fyuse Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fyuse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fyuse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fyuse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
