1. I don't understand that concept.I'm a Longtime K9 User and love the newest version! Just one requested tweak... In Default/Light mode, after reading an email, the contrast between the letters and grey background is very slight to the point that it is not easy to read the words when scrolling for a specific, previously read email.

2. Seems to suffer in some technological edge cases, but none in my own experience -- read reviews to see.It pains me to give this app a 2 star review because it's otherwise perfect, but it fails to send email replies.

3. After the update, one of my accounts can no longer send email due to an authentication issue, but the password for the account has not changed.

4. If they don't provide a means to go vack to listing the account summary I will have to switch to another email program or install the old version and stop automatic app updates.

5. In what world do I want to NOT see all three of my email accounts summary, without viewing all emails at once? This update is not right for me.

1. Fix K-9 Mail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart K-9 Mail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the K-9 Mail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "K-9 Mail" » Open K-9 Mail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for K-9 Mail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear K-9 Mail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from K-9 Mail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "K-9 Mail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check K-9 Mail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, K-9 Mail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall K-9 Mail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall K-9 Mail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing K-9 Mail not working

2. Fix K-9 Mail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make K-9 Mail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to K-9 Mail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, K-9 Mail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
