1. Now I am lucky I can log-in at all! The original app had an easy-to-use layout that only needed to have a couple of pages and options added to make it even more fantastic! The first "page" on the new app is a simple list that if you weren't sure what to do, and the app isn't working like it should, will leave you stranded.The new app doesn't work whatsoever.

1. Fix Froedtert & MCW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Froedtert & MCW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Froedtert & MCW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Froedtert & MCW" » Open Froedtert & MCW » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Froedtert & MCW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Froedtert & MCW app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Froedtert & MCW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Froedtert & MCW" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Froedtert & MCW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Froedtert & MCW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Froedtert & MCW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Froedtert & MCW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Froedtert & MCW not working
