Why should I report an Issue with FC?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Support chat is useless.Love the app but with the task alot I've clicked on to complete involved installing apps that are not compatible wit my device and most are gambling apps were u have to install and make a deposit which can not always do.

The app is super buggy, it often freezes and won't let me back out of surveys to get to the main screen and its constantly throwing a pop up telling you to download the app...when you're using the app, which gets annoying.Ignore bad reviews! This is a new site and is legitimate, and it does pay! You won't be able to quit your day job, though.

3. Freecash launches chrome inside its app, and site permissions for other websites are automatically enabled without being given option to deny, giving way to spam, lots of spam.

4. Just a suggestion but maybe the task we click on if we report it not compatible with their device maybe remove that task from the list or have the option to remove it ourselves.

5. Because I think the overall layout of app looks really modern and cool , and the navigation control ( when using the app is super friendly and easy to use and not complicated ( which is really great in my opinion .

6. The rewards are not worth being bombarded with spam notifications.

7. How rude 🤨The surveys and payouts are okay, not anything super great unless you use your own money to buy or invest in things.

8. Also the list of task don't refresh with new task very often if at all so leaves you in limboSneaky spam app.

9. I like to support developers, and I like premium apps, so I use what I earn to pay for premium content in my favorite apps and games in the Playstore.

10. I watched hundreds of in app ads to complete the tasks and to reach the levels on time, and their response was that I mess up.

11. There are multiple apps i have tried and FreeCash does just as it advertises.

1. Fix FC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FC" » Open FC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FC not working

2. Fix FC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
