Docket Customer Insights

1. Tried to assume phone number saved anyway, and records search goes nowhere...tells you to hit refresh button if it doesn't update, but it is non-existent.

2. I chose my state during the reinstall and it's working properly again.Useless. The app installed fine on my phone, but when I tried to fill in the form fields for name, password, etc., they would be covered up with the blue background so I could only see about 1/4" of space; I had no idea which field I was in and couldn't see my input.

3. Then, when I finally do confirm it, it searches for my record, and when it finally does find it and says "Records found", I click to view it, and there's nothing there.Terrible interface.

4. Does blank vax screen issue have a solution? A brief online search shows many people have been verified but cannot get their record to show up.

5. Often difficult to know what is next-- example: at one point it says records are being searched-- to update tap the "refresh" icon, but there is no such icon on the screen.

6. It dsys it found my records, but in order to retrieve it I have to go through verification process, which does not work.

7. After verification, search results didn't appear and after pulling down to refresh, somehow I ended up with duplicate searches.

8. Did it by accident after way too much time.*I was stuck on the sign-in page for awhile as I kept receiving an error message that either my email was wrong or password had to be 8 characters.

9. Still says a record is found but it won't display.Frustrating! It worked like a charm for the first 2 dosed.

10. App has "voicemail" verification option-- but the automated caller says an 8 digit code so fast it is almost impossible to catch.

11. By reading the reviews it appears that the problem was my middle name, which I don't have but apparently that's not an option! So I made one upThe app was difficult to install at first.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Docket Issues

1. Fix Docket Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Docket: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Docket App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Docket" » Open Docket® » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Docket » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Docket® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Docket servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Docket®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Docket app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Docket might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Docket. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Docket then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Docket not working


2. Fix Docket Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Docket be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Docket not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Docket may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
