1. I've cleared the apps cache, I've cleared my phones cache, deleted it and reinstalled it nothing has worked.Periodic app crashes, missing sync data and a clunky interface make this much more frustrating than it needs to be.
2. This app isn't very feature rich - you have an easier time shopping for eligible fitness tracker devices than viewing your data...It doesn't sync correctly with my strength training 90% off the time.
3. I think if you have an Apple device, it probably works much better, but I have an Android and since the Galaxy phone is no longer supported, I am at the mercy of Google fit on my phone.App worked for the first month, now it won't sync.
4. The last straw is that for the last couple weeks it keeps crashing while trying to sync woth Google Fit.I'm sorry but this app has been a big disappointment.
5. however, occasionally, I am unable to log in and it doesn't quite sync to what my watch or phone shows as steps for the day and I end up losing rewards.
6. When you work hard to achieve a physical goal and technology fails you, it has the opposite effect of it's purpose.I have a Samsung galaxy, the App worked fine about three weeks ago when I first downloaded it.
7. Very frustrating honestly.it needs a lot of polish.. it doesn't update the dashboard how much ever times I pull down.
8. Now all of a sudden the past two days everytime i try to sync, in the midst of doing so the app automatically closes and im back at my home screen.
9. Always gives an error that it needs extra time to update.
10. I get into the app, but while it's trying to sync it closes down.
11. There is no reason to restrict syncing to devices, rather it should be by device app (i.e. Garmin's Connect, rather than specific Garmin devices).
