1. But now I'm gonna delete this app 🥴 I suggest don’t order from this app unless you lots of spare time.Took a long time to deliver the food but i guess it cant be helped since the app is new and there might be few riders available.

2. From uttara sector 10, road 12.It has been 1hr and 30 minutes and yet i haven’t got my order, And this is my 2nd time that I'm ordering from this app, First time they delivered in an hour+ I thought, they had issues thats why they denied.

3. Then after one hour another delivery man called to tell me that the 1st one vanished and 2nd one was now gonna deliver, but it will take more time.

7. Moreover, restaurants doesn't ensure proper food quality and they don't take any action.Worst app ever.

8. But the food was hot when it arrived and had no other issues.I couldn't use the app because the authorization is not working properly.

9. After 5 minutes the app was showing that food was delivered.

10. Other food delivery apps are 10000% better than that.

11. Frustrating af.Installed and ordered but never received the food.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Foodi Issues

1. Fix Foodi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Foodi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Foodi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Foodi" » Open Foodi - Food Delivery » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Foodi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Foodi - Food Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Foodi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Foodi - Food Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Foodi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Foodi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Foodi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Foodi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Foodi not working


2. Fix Foodi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Foodi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Foodi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Foodi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
