1. Otherwise don't change a thing, it's great!I've been looking for this app for years! No gimmicks, no calorie counting, no searching for the exact food match.
2. I use it in conjunction with my cgm to correlate glucose spikes with food.Simply Perfect! It was important to me to find easy to use food diary without calorie counting or any sort of "rating" foods.
3. I love that it also has categories for tracking exercise, medications, supplements etc in addition to meals and snacks! I didn't want constant reminders or nudges that lots of apps have and this one only checks in with you if you haven't logged anything in 24 hours.
4. It makes it harder to read and understand the way they have it set up to export. If you need an easy food tracker then this app is great.
5. The ads are not invasive but I'm going to pay for the ad free just because I'm really appreciating the app.Simple and easy way to track your food.
6. Very straightforward and easy to use, making for a time-efficient way to track your food than a super fancy app would be.
7. You can also specify which meal it is or just food vs drink but it's all very simple and quick, which is exactly what I was looking for.
8. When the list of entries reaches the bottom of the screen (my daily lists are lengthy b/c I also record symptoms), the plus icon covers up the description and time of the last entry.
9. It's the digital version of pen and paper when it comes to simply journaling your food, supplements and activities.
10. Calendar icon is broken, but I learned I can swipe left and right on the main screen to see previous days logs.
11. No food database, no calories nor portion sizes, unless you decide to type that in yourself.
