1. Still have to wait to get it in the mail to see what they sent.Having an extremely hard time just trying to log into my member portal no matter if I do it on the web browser or the app when I go to login it asked that it verifies my number but it never sends me the code to verify and there's no button on the home page to ask for help with this situation.

It worked in one browser because we used EMAIL ;)I have had great service and I have had very poor service right now I'm in the stage of very poor service I have been without an aid for over a week things are changing with the medical portion and also with my food assistance I cannot reach my case manager been trying for several days.
3. I guess this is how Medicaid make sure you can't access any of your benefits.I still can not sign in.. and no one has reached out to me since my initial post... I can't seem to login on the portal via app or website.. and there is no link or any place to report the issue.

8. Each time there is an error that happens that won't allow me to access my messages.
9. It repeatedly asked me to login Useless.Poorly designed.
10. Never got a confirmation code even though it said I would be receiving one in a couple of minutes.
11. The last attempt I waited 25 minutes for a code and never received one.
