1. Kinda inexcusable for a paid appFinally fixed the random stop glitch!! I've had this app for about five six or seven years I feel like and I used to use it all the time because the music never stopped but in the past year or two I had stopped using it because it glitched and music would just stop playing for no reason.

This is really inconvenient because I use it at work a lot and don't have time to open my phone every 10 minutes (if I set my timeout to that which causes the battery to die fast) to hit playFor the past year I haven't had any issues with this app! The music is great! The only feed back I would like to add is since 2021 you have not added any new playlists.

3. You need more affordable rates.Love the music! Don't love having to force quit the app or how it tells me I have an incorrect username/password every single time and then lets me log in anyway.

11. Super frustrating when your class is in the middle of a grueling workout!!! I've reported this to the app administrators before, but they haven't corrected the issue and don't seem to care about improving it.

1. Fix Fit Radio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fit Radio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fit Radio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fit Radio" » Open Fit Radio: Train Inspired » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fit Radio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fit Radio: Train Inspired app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fit Radio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fit Radio: Train Inspired" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fit Radio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fit Radio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fit Radio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fit Radio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fit Radio not working

2. Fix Fit Radio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fit Radio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fit Radio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fit Radio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
