1. I have a handful of trainers that I found who's instruction techniques I really like and being able to filter by instructor is a benefit.Lost weight and had a better relationship with my body with this app! I love the variety of exercises because I get bored easily and it just helps with making sure I do something even in a short time.
2. It's like free music you can get anywhere because you've never heard it before! If you're upgrading for music, don't!! New pop up video ads suck!!!!! Motivational!I used to love this app, it's great at planning workouts for you and you can easily add in or remove new ones for the week or bump them to next week.
3. Also the short workouts are awesome especially when I feel lazy but then 5 minute workout is doable so I can still do some movement.
4. It's difficult to do a workout on my small phone screen which goes to sleep after so many seconds anyways...and I'm not changing my entire phone setting just so I can workout for 20 minutes on this one app.
5. I have gotten more than one person to download it & will continue to share it!Love the coaches and the variety of exercises.
6. I'm so upset the see all button disappeared where you could see all the recommended workouts in a better view week to week and move them around.
7. I contacted them about that and they are working on it.I'm enjoying the workouts, help videos, and recipes in the pro version.
8. It wpuld also be great if I can preview workout before I have to commit to a program/challenge/workout.I have been using this app off and on for years, I pay for the pro plan.
9. I do most of all my workouts via my Roku TV, I just wish the app would sync with the app on my phone.
10. Or I can't figure out how to get it back, it happened when I chose I program, not liking this at allUpdated review, once I began to play around with the app with regularity it became easier to navigate and to use.
11. They break the flow of the workout to explain something they should have prior to starting, and they never stop talking.

I have upgraded to Pro. I did so from a Cyber Monday email I received from FitOn. I have received a receipt from FitOn and the money has come off my account but I cannot access Pro. Can you please let me know what I need to do to get this sorted? I have sent your support team emails, I have messaged your Facebook and Instagram pages but nobody has responded.

I am contacting you to ask for a refund of the amount of $19.99. The application is not useful for me for the reason that the meal plan doesnt fit my preference, second is I have allergies making it not useful for me. Another reason is I dont have any smartwatch that could let me use the app. Please return the money because the plan is not useful for me.
