1. Nearly every time I open the app it freezes on the loading screen and I have to close and re-open it multiple times.Opening screen keeps freezing up cannot open, especially as it is important for me to get information regarding company issues.Totally useless.

1. Fix First Bus Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart First Bus Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the First Bus Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "First Bus Connect" » Open First Bus Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for First Bus Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear First Bus Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from First Bus Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "First Bus Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check First Bus Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, First Bus Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall First Bus Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall First Bus Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing First Bus Connect not working
