1. What happened to the old options where you could choose regular credit card or cash? What's the point of going through the menu and carefully selecting all my options when it won't let me order because it no longer accepts ordinary payment methods? Please accept cash and credit cards again, Yogiyo!Pretty great app! Works like Just Eat in the uk, just a lot more convenient.

2. Otherwise as an expat in Korea, this is the app for food delivery - Uber Eats does provide service here too (with your native language most likely available), but honestly Yogiyo is a lot better in my experience.Love this app and service.

3. Sometimes some shops sell out of their best foods, so you may want to order earlier or you will not be able to order your favorite food from the restaurant.I used to get points, now I never get points which is very frustrating.

4. And in general, it just works so smoothly!Why do you suddenly ask for verification (본인 인증) to order food?? This app used to have the option to just order without an account and pay at delivery.

5. I still use the app and don't get points but when my order is wrong customer service takes care of that immediately.

6. But in general, the service is reliable amd quick other than one experience with Lotteria which took ONE hour when it said 30 minutes, and the shop is just a 2 minute walk away.

1. Fix Yogiyo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yogiyo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yogiyo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yogiyo" » Open Yogiyo - Food Delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yogiyo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yogiyo - Food Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yogiyo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yogiyo - Food Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yogiyo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yogiyo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yogiyo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yogiyo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yogiyo not working

2. Fix Yogiyo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yogiyo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yogiyo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yogiyo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
