I'm on a high speed wifi network and it's ridiculous that this isn't operational for something as simple as an order.I haven't gotten to use this app much and I won't be using it to order (would rather order in person or online), but I can't get over how the QR pay code is the FIRST thing you land on when you open the app.

2. Tldr, not a lot of effort was put into this so avoid it.I wrote sweetgreen about this issue and it was a problem on the last android phone I had which is I cannot modify an order at all.

3. Overall it's a somewhat maddening interface - but if they fixed the unwanted scrolling issue, that would be a massive improvement.Page layout is poor on Pixel 6 with 3-button navigation selected, at least since the web site was recently updated.

4. The button doesnt work and I cannot add or remove ingredients for an order.

5. Also, selecting a location doesn't work well - can't scroll the restaurant list, and need two fingers to drag map.It's their website, but as an app.

7. Not only do pages not load properly, forcing me to pick a location again, but adding any saved custom/favorite items resets the entire cart including location.Please undo the latest update.

8. If there could be some kind of intermediate home page or a settings to choose WHICH option in the drop-down is displayed on start up, that'd be great.This app, at least on Android, is beyond useless.

9. The various buttons also occasionally don't work, including the option to add/remove ingredients.

10. The buttons at the bottom of the page (such as "Modify" and "Add to Bag") are almost entirely hidden under the navigation bar.

1. Fix sweetgreen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart sweetgreen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the sweetgreen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "sweetgreen" » Open sweetgreen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for sweetgreen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear sweetgreen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from sweetgreen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "sweetgreen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check sweetgreen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, sweetgreen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall sweetgreen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall sweetgreen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing sweetgreen not working

2. Fix sweetgreen Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make sweetgreen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to sweetgreen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, sweetgreen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
