1. Update: it works now and the videos are great!Got this the other day, bought the extras, no time to review it's content, but why doesn't videos play in Bluetooth, but phone speaker? If I uninstall and reinstall will I have to buy again? I can't play the videos out loud now!This app is AMAZING my youth leader Laura introduced it my best friends laura and emily are also using this app!I was pleased to find this second app from Freedom In Christ.

2. It keeps saying 'it's for paying customers only'...The topics are good however I paid to be able to see the videos and whenever I click on "watch film" the app stops working and closes itself.

3. But the Stronghold-buster is a great idea :DI was looking for an app to introduce a newly coveted friend to the basics of the Gospel and Christian life and happened upon this one thru a website.

4. After closing the app and opening it again, it won't let me play the starter videos anymore.

5. I paid to unlock all content and be able to watch the starter films.

6. Having the Scriptures here on my phone means I can review them frequently.

7. I would like an option that I can choose KJV instead, especially if the Scriptures originated from a website.

8. I was greatly blessed by "Who I Am in Christ" as a new Christian 17 years ago.

9. Some of the material is unique, some is duplicated in the original app.

10. Or that I can copy and paste from my Tecarta or another Bible app.

11. Good app but has a few glitches.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix disciple Issues

1. Fix disciple Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart disciple: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the disciple App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "disciple" » Open disciple » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for disciple » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear disciple app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from disciple servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "disciple" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check disciple app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, disciple might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall disciple. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall disciple then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing disciple not working


2. Fix disciple Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make disciple be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to disciple not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, disciple may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
