1. I'm the mother of a special needs child and I certainly have enough qualifications to take a picture of her in an app.Make this available for others... Some are too afraid to go to a doctor.

2. But it takes the picture on the second 'doot' and catches you unexpectedly, resulting in mid way blink pictures and false accusation from the app of 'turner syndrome'.

4. It says for a doctor's use only which contradictory, because it has a disclaimer that says it can't be used to diagnose any diseases or disorders.

5. When the app take the face picture, it initiates a 3, 2, 1, click - 'doot' sequence.

6. If something like this could be used by parents we could get our children care they need when doctor's won't do thier job.Can't use it unless your doctor.

7. If I was a doctor, I wouldn't need an app like this because...well, I would be a doctor and should already know how to diagnose a patient.

8. When you sign up, just put in generic info say youre a medical professional, and then when it asks what kind, just check researcher.

9. However no doctor ever found an answer for his mother in the 80's for why he has all these characteristics.

10. Registering again will only send a new user into an infinite loop of visiting their website.

11. I don't know we can't put 0 star? when you create an account the app exit on website and when you retourn to app your haven't access.

1. Fix Face2Gene Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Face2Gene: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Face2Gene App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Face2Gene" » Open Face2Gene » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Face2Gene » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Face2Gene app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Face2Gene servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Face2Gene" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Face2Gene app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Face2Gene might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Face2Gene. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Face2Gene then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Face2Gene not working

2. Fix Face2Gene Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Face2Gene be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Face2Gene not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Face2Gene may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
