1. I'm the mother of a special needs child and I certainly have enough qualifications to take a picture of her in an app.Make this available for others... Some are too afraid to go to a doctor.

1. Restart Face2Gene: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Face2Gene" » Open Face2Gene » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Face2Gene » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Face2Gene app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Face2Gene servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Face2Gene" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
