1. The support team is great so they do refund as required but then when you depend on a delivery and it's not good produce, it's a big problem.

2. But after a good support if you get your mangoe three to six days late and low quality and coming at high cost then it's very disappointingVegetables are of good quality and have a good taste.

3. A couple of times the fruits I had pre-ordered were not available due to quality issues - which was disappointing, although they promptly and proactively processed a refund and informed about the issue.

4. The experience is great from an app perspective as well as support and some of the produce options are great.

5. But the attitude of customer support is great - they really want to try and solve your issue.

6. If there is any quality issue with any item, support always helps with that and process the refund without any complaint.

1. Fix Farmizen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Farmizen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Farmizen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Farmizen" » Open Farmizen - Organic Fruits & Ve » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Farmizen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Farmizen - Organic Fruits & Ve app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Farmizen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Farmizen - Organic Fruits & Ve" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Farmizen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Farmizen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Farmizen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Farmizen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Farmizen not working

2. Fix Farmizen Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Farmizen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Farmizen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Farmizen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
