1. Bad directions that don't match the app, and says my email is not valid, when I JUST purchased it.After having trouble signing in on the app, I contacted the web developer who responded immediately and helped me access my digital subscription.Impossible to cancel renewals.
2. I strongly discourage anyone from buying a digital subscription to this publication.Instructions provided via email indicate to click on the account setting in the Android app.
3. Not the first person to report this, and no response from the developer.Crappie.... I pay for access to all three methods and it won't let me set up an account or sign in.
4. Technical support simply tells me to download the mobile app and sign in, yeah, my problem is the mobile app does not function correctly.
