1. No funciona en Ford SYNC 3 de ninguna manera, intenté con el bluetooth apagado o encendido, cable conectado y desconectado y sigue sin funcionar.does never what it says, full buggy interface, just add an app to integrate, then... no button to save this setting or go forward in menu... stupid..I tried hooking it up to my soundstream and I get nothing.

2. Samsung screen stays black until USB is disconnected.Does not work on Ford SYNC 3 at all, tried with bluetooth on and off, cable connected and disconected and still not working.

3. Says linked when USB connected then Samsung S8 screen goes blank, Subaru shows StarLink contented, but MirrorLink stays grayed out.

4. Be sure USB cable attached b4 pressing Accept or Agree.Why are there No Instructions with this app?!? How do you connect/cast/mirror it to your damn car????Just took the system modification access, but it's not usable app.UninstalledWaste app.

5. Describe my experience with this app, I had no experience with this app I downloaded the app and it stayed on my phone and went nowhere the only thing that seemed to work was the graphic when you open it.

6. However, it sure is quick at asking permission to access phone settings, run atop all over other apps.

1. Fix CarLink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CarLink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CarLink App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CarLink" » Open CarLink » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CarLink » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CarLink app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CarLink servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CarLink" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CarLink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CarLink might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CarLink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CarLink then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CarLink not working

2. Fix CarLink Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CarLink be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CarLink not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CarLink may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
