Why should I report an Issue with LiveMe Pro - Go Live Stream!?

I end up just deleting the app then reinstalling it when I want to use it.Love this platform it's a great place to vibe with like minded people and has opportunity for the level of growth I desire!!! As I am learning there are a few things that aren't to my liking that may have no reflection on liveme directly, but there is a lot of fraud and explicit content happening from mainly foreign country user, and it's very challenging to ignore.

I don't know if the liveme app just isn't liking the Samsung phones but the app works perfectly fine on Apple devices 🤷🏿 ♂️It's an alright app but when on h2hs there should be a drop down option with the amount of time you want to extend to as many people are losing contact with connections due to it just cutting out.

3. Other people can use anything as a profile pic especially if you are from BrazilNot been getting any notifications from liveme for about 6 months now.

4. It seems to be only English people who are being treated like this.Okay app, but they have broken the network stability in the last update, I can't join a multi beam with more than 3 other people or it completely lags out, people in multi beams showing for some people but not for all.

5. I also do not understand how and when the app is being updated, and there are some glitchThey have been victimising English people for a long time now.

6. If they fix this & have a separate male & female featured board, it maybe worth an extra star.I have been using this application for three years, and I've had both good and bad experiences.

7. I would not recommend anyone buying coins because they may freeze your accountLive me are victimising a very good friend of mine who is very unwell and uses the app to help with his depression and anxiety.

8. Liveme is a good app and I do enjoy it, however the liveme team that sorts problems out within this application need to sort their priorities to be honest.

9. It's definitely a problem on liveme's end because even after I formatted my phone back to factory settings i still don't receive any notifications.

1. Fix LiveMe Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LiveMe Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LiveMe Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LiveMe Pro" » Open LiveMe Pro - Go Live Stream! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LiveMe Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LiveMe Pro - Go Live Stream! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LiveMe Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LiveMe Pro - Go Live Stream!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LiveMe Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LiveMe Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LiveMe Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LiveMe Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LiveMe Pro not working

2. Fix LiveMe Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LiveMe Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LiveMe Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LiveMe Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
