1. Some items don't appear anywhere until they are ready for me to write a review! Nowhere in the app does an item show that I purchased and then the purchase was later cancelled by the seller (ran out of stock).

2. Make the app an all in one location for functionality sakes.While the app is great for buyers and sellers to find items, once an item is purchased it is just horrible for tracking the items purchased.

3. The app however needs work as after every update there is a tendency to have problems....current ones: Inability to access saved for later, notifications requesting pictures when you've already reviewed the item AND those won't go away when you acknowledge the notification.

1. Fix Etsy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Etsy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Etsy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Etsy" » Open Etsy: Shop & Gift with Style » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Etsy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Etsy: Shop & Gift with Style app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Etsy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Etsy: Shop & Gift with Style" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Etsy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Etsy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Etsy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Etsy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Etsy not working

2. Fix Etsy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Etsy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Etsy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Etsy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
